The Site and program are operated by FiberLineConnect LLC (registered with the IRS as EcomGlenn LLC), doing business as FiberLine Connect ("FiberLine Connect," "we," "us"). By using the Site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

 

FiberLine Connect is a free fiber internet comparison service. We are not an internet provider. We check which fiber internet providers may serve your address and contact you with options. Availability, pricing, and terms of internet service are set by each provider and may change. Results from our availability checker are estimates and are confirmed by a specialist.

 

Program name: FiberLine Connect Fiber Options Alerts.

Program description: When you request fiber internet options on our Site and check the optional consent box, FiberLine Connect may send you text messages about your request, including follow-ups from a specialist about fiber internet providers and plans available at your address.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per request.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also call us at (385) 612-9403 or email hello@fiberlineconnect.com.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. You can reply START to opt back in.

 

Your use of the Site and our text program is also governed by our Privacy Policy at fiberlineconnect.com/privacy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

 

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you provide to use our Site and text program.

 

Any giveaway we run is governed by its own Official Rules, available at fiberlineconnect.com/giveaway-rules.

 

The Site and our services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any provider, speed, price, or promotion will be available at your address.

 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FiberLine Connect is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our services, or any internet service you choose.

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
