Official Giveaway Rules

 

 

The giveaway is sponsored by FiberLine Connect LLC. FiberLine Connect is an independent comparison service and is not an internet provider. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any internet provider, or by Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

 

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and people living in the same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

The giveaway starts at 10/23/2026 at 12:00am Mountain Time and ends at 10/30/2026 at 12:00am Mountain Time. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted. Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

 

Online (1 entry): Visit fiberlineconnect.com during the Entry Period, check your address using the availability checker, and complete the form with your full name, phone number, and address. Each completed form earns 1 entry.

 

Limits: one online entry per person and one per household address, and a maximum of 11 total entries per person across all methods. Entries made with fake names, fake addresses, automated tools, or multiple identities will be disqualified.

 

If you entered online and then sign up for new fiber internet service through FiberLine Connect during the Entry Period, you receive 10 bonus entries (11 entries total). Bonus entries are awarded once per person, after Sponsor confirms the service order was placed. Signing up for service is NEVER required to enter or win: anyone can receive the same 11 entries free through the mail-in method in Section 4, and every entry has an equal chance of winning.

 

One (1) winner will receive up to 12 months of residential fiber internet service, paid as a reimbursement or prepayment of up to $80 per month, for a total of up to $960 ("Approximate Retail Value"), for service from a provider available at the winner's address. Prize payments begin within [60] days after the winner is confirmed. If fiber service isn't available at the winner's address, Sponsor will pay the same amount toward another home internet service of the winner's choice. Any costs beyond the monthly cap, plus equipment, installation fees, and taxes, are the winner's responsibility. The prize cannot be transferred. No cash substitute except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

 

The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 10/31/2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

The potential winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within [5] days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within [7] days and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where allowed by law) a publicity release, and to provide proof of age, identity, and address. If the potential winner can't be reached, doesn't respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen at random.

 

The winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize. If the prize value is $600 or more, Sponsor will request the winner's tax ID number and issue an IRS Form 1099.

 

Information you submit is collected by Sponsor and used to run this giveaway and to contact you about internet service options, as described in the consent statement on the entry form. We do not sell your personal information.

 

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. Sponsor may cancel, change, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other causes beyond its control affect it, and in that case may select a winner from eligible entries received before the change. Except where prohibited, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their first name, city, and state for promotional purposes without further payment.

 

By entering, you release Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participating in the giveaway or accepting or using the prize.

 

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

 

To get the winner's first name, city, and state, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address in Section 1 within 30 days after the drawing.
